Established category defining positioning of Thrive Skills. With the help of sharper and distinctive positioning and a revamped user experience for all customer segments, sales grew 400% in one year leading to an eventual sellout to UpGrad for 300cr within 3 years of founding.
Saurabh was instrumental in shaping our strategy on how to define the category that Harappa operates in. We identified the articulation of Thrive Skills for our curriculum and pedagogy: and this direction has had very significant impact on our product portfolio, content philosophy and brand voice. Saurabh also strikes the right balance between feeling like a full team member when he is working with you, as well as an outsider to push our thinking and break some biases. It was wonderful collaborating with him during a very important phase for our go-to-market, in early 2021.
