Launched new HORECA centric brand, relaunched the complete portfolio of consumer facing brands as well as the corporate brand. Besides this, we setup and guided the marketing function to drive growth. Sales grew 30%.
Saurabh was instrumental in shaping our strategy on how to define the category that Harappa operates in. We identified the articulation of Thrive Skills for our curriculum and pedagogy: and this direction has had very significant impact on our product portfolio, content philosophy and brand voice. Saurabh also strikes the right balance between feeling like a full team member when he is working with you, as well as an outsider to push our thinking and break some biases. It was wonderful collaborating with him during a very important phase for our go-to-market, in early 2021.
