After guiding the successful business diversification from buying milk from dairy farmers to selling them cattle feed in the captive network, we helped them create new growth through non-captive channels where the brand was non-existent. Sales contribution from the new channel grew from 10% to 30%, while overall sales also grew by 35%
We have gone through multiple stages of transformation in our business, and the biggest driver for that has been the continuous engagement with Saurabh and his team.
